With the increasing height and density of buildings, the situation of multiple tower cranes operating in the same area is becoming increasingly common.
Tower crane anti-collision system
A high-quality anti-collision system can effectively warn of potential risks and prevent equipment damage and personal injury accidents.
The logic algorithms for anti-collision are diverse and rigorous, requiring the tower crane safety monitoring system to perceive the tower crane's position, motion state, and surrounding environment in real time and accurately.
This relies on high-quality sensors and a stable data acquisition mechanism.
Based on the collected data, the spatial relationship between tower cranes or between tower cranes and obstacles can be accurately calculated, including all parts that may cause collisions, such as the boom, wire ropes, and hoisted loads.

Tower crane anti-collision system
The algorithm needs to handle various complex working conditions, such as multiple tower cranes intersecting and tower cranes intersecting with building floors, to avoid false alarms and missed detections.
The Tenesin tower crane safety monitoring system provides high-precision data monitoring of weight, inclination, rotation, height, torque, and wind speed, and all functions include anti-collision capabilities.
There are two types of tower crane anti-collision:
1. Zone anti-collision: Restricted areas can be set. When the tower crane operates in this area, an anti-collision warning will be given.
2.Group tower anti-collision: Key information such as tower crane height and boom length are set in the background. The collision area is defined through relative positioning. When the tower crane enters the collision area, a warning will be given.

Tower crane anti-collision system
Currently, the multi-tower anti-collision system has been set up for a maximum of 10 tower cranes in an airport project. There is no upper limit on the number of tower cranes.
In the Tenesin tower crane safety monitoring system's display screen, the area where two circles overlap is the anti-collision area. The screen displays red warnings and provides voice prompts.
The Tenesin tower crane safety monitoring system, through the addition of a control module, implements automatic intervention measures. When a collision warning occurs, it can immediately restrict the tower crane's operation, such as slowing down or stopping movement in a specific direction, to avoid collision hazards.
