How It Works:

The system continuously monitors real-time operational data including angle, height, load, radius, and wind speed. An intelligent algorithm analyzes this data and triggers an alert when risks are detected-such as two cranes moving too close together or exceeding preset boundaries.

Once an alarm is triggered, the control module safely slows or stops the crane. Importantly, it is installed on the joystick-not wired into the crane's motor cabinet-so it does not interfere with the crane's native safety systems.

 

Safety Logic – 3-Stage Protection:

 

Prevention: Sensors track crane posture, load, and environmental conditions to identify risks early.

Pre-Warning: As parameters approach thresholds, the display flashes and a buzzer sounds.

A 10.1-inch touchscreen (upgradable to 24 inches) presents real-time data clearly, including crane position, load, and alerts. The interface allows users to adjust restricted zones and alarm distances visually-no programming required.

Data can also be accessed remotely, enabling supervisors to monitor multiple cranes from a phone or computer for greater management efficiency.

 

Enhanced Visibility:

With optional camera integration, operators gain a live, 4-channel video view of the hook, rear jib, hoist, and cab.
