System Structure
The system consists of three parts: a safety monitoring system, a video surveillance system, and a wireless back-end system.
The safety monitoring system monitors the operating parameters of the equipment. When relevant parameters enter a dangerous area, it promptly outputs alarm and control signals to alert the driver or prevent the equipment from moving further into the dangerous area through electrical control or other means.
The video surveillance system monitors and records the operation and work of the on-site equipment using cameras and hard disk recorders. The wireless back-end system connects the back-end server (or cloud server) to the front-end monitoring host through DTU modules or wireless bridges. The server records the equipment's operating status, allows querying of operating status parameters, and also provides support for remote monitoring of the equipment's operating status.
