● Real-time Data Monitoring

Based on Beidou positioning, the system collects tower crane operation data through sensors measuring amplitude, height, slew rate, load weight, inclination, and wind speed. This information is used to monitor the crane's operating status and is synchronized in real time with the monitoring center.

● Collision Prevention for Multiple Cranes
In a cluster of cranes, the system tracks the position of each crane's boom and hook in real time. When a crane or hook enters an overlapping operating area and approaches another crane within a preset safety distance, the system triggers audible and visual alarms to prevent collisions.

● The platform supports permission management for individual or multiple cranes. It can be accessed and remotely controlled via mobile devices (app or WeChat mini program) and PCs, synchronizing information across multiple departments and time periods. Permission settings allow for hierarchical control, such as requiring cranes with lower authority to yield to those with higher authority. The operating area and range of each crane can also be configured, enabling efficient on-site scheduling and management.
